Who we are
HER MORE is a community for women who want more for themselves and for each other. HER MORE is run by Michelle Anne Angliss, a sole trader, ABN 63 567 116 381, based in Australia. In this policy, "we" and "us" means HER MORE.
We take your trust seriously. You might share things with us that matter to you, so we only collect what we need, we never sell your information, and we tell you plainly what happens to it.
This policy covers:
- the HER MORE quiz at quiz.hermore.com.au
- our website at hermore.com.au
- our emails
- nominations for our Celebrating Her More series
- messages you send us, including on Instagram (@her.more.co)

What we collect
When you take the quiz
When you finish the quiz and ask for your result, we collect:
- your first name and email address
- your Instagram handle, if you choose to give it
- the area of life you chose to focus on (for example, career or health)
- your quiz result (Clarity, Action, Priority or Courage) and the next step it suggested
- the day you chose to take your step, if you picked one
- whether you agreed to receive emails from us, and whether you'd like to be considered for a Celebrating Her More feature
- how you found the quiz, if the link you used tells us (for example, from our Instagram bio)
What we don't keep: the quiz also asks how you're feeling, something hard you've already done, and how much energy you have. Those answers shape your result on the screen, but they stay in your browser. They are never sent to us or stored.
The quiz is a reflection tool, not a health or psychological service, and we don't collect health information.
When you nominate a woman
When you nominate someone for Celebrating Her More, we collect your first name and email, and her name, her Instagram handle (if you give it) and what you'd like to celebrate about her.
We only ask for her name and Instagram handle, never her email or phone number. We contact her ourselves, tell her she's been nominated, and ask whether she'd like to be featured. A nomination is never treated as her permission.
If you're featured
If you agree to a Celebrating Her More feature, we'll collect the story, photos and details you choose to share. Nothing is published until you've approved the wording and photos. You can ask us to edit or remove your feature at any time.
When you email or message us
If you reply to our emails or message us on Instagram, we keep that conversation so we can respond and support you.
Technical information
Like most websites, the services that host our quiz and website automatically receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. The quiz loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address. The quiz itself doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
We use it to:
- send you HER MORE emails, if you agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- show you your quiz result and email you a copy
- check in with you on the day you chose to take your step, and follow up on how it went
- reply to your messages
- contact women who've been nominated, and prepare features they've approved
- understand what women in our community need, so we can create more useful content, events and programs
We only send marketing emails if you've agreed to receive them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can stop them at any time.
Your information stays with HER MORE
We don't give, sell, rent or trade your personal information to any other business or organisation, and no one else uses it for their own purposes. It's used only by HER MORE.
Like most small businesses, we use a few online tools to store your details, send our emails and run the quiz. These tools handle your information only on our behalf, to do these jobs for us:

The only exception is if the law requires us to share information, for example with a court or government authority.
Storing information overseas
Some of these services store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers that take security seriously, and we only share what each service needs to do its job.
Keeping it safe
We use secure services, limit who on our team can see your information, and use passwords and access controls to protect it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you're part of the HER MORE community. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of that so we don't email you again. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless we have to keep something by law.
We keep nominations so we can follow up with the women who've been nominated. If you've been nominated and would rather we didn't keep your details, just tell us and we'll delete them.
Your choices
You're always in control of your information. You can:
- unsubscribe from our emails at any time, using the link at the bottom of any email
- see the information we hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong or out of date
- ask us to delete your details
- ask us to edit or remove a Celebrating Her More feature about you
Just email hello@hermore.com.au. We'll reply within 30 days, and we won't charge you.
How your quiz result is worked out
Your quiz result is worked out automatically from your answers. It's used only to suggest a next step and choose which of our emails will be most useful to you. It's never used to make decisions about you that affect your rights or access to anything. If you'd like to talk about your result, just reply to any of our emails.
Age
HER MORE is for adults. The quiz and our emails are intended for people aged 18 and over.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as HER MORE grows. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and if the changes are significant, we'll let our email community know.
